How to Contribute

Company Drivers and Owner/Operators:

Select Macro 21 on your Qualcom device and enter the amount you would like to have automatically withheld from your paycheck/settlement each week.  Your donation can be adjusted any time by returning to Macro 21 and the amount will be reported on your payroll information as a charitable contribution. Each year, your total payroll donations to Swift Charities will be reported on your W2/1099 as a charitable contribution.

Driver Support Personnel (Office and Shop Employees):

Log on to the Swift Employee Portal, click the Swift Charities logo and follow the prompts to enroll or change your current contribution amount. Keep in mind that Non-Drivers are paid bi-weekly so in order to make a $1 per week contribution, you would enter $2 when asked for an amount. This information is submitted electronically to the Payroll Department in Phoenix and will continue until you make any changes to your Swift Charities Profile. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time and your donations are reported as charitable contributions on your pay stubs and W2 each year.

NOTE: In support of the Swift Charities efforts, all contributions made by employees and owners through payroll deduction are generously matched dollar for dollar by Swift Transportation.
